Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. No shows will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Appointment cancellations must be made by phone or text. We do not accept cancellations via email. To ensure appointments stay on schedule for everyone, we also have a strict five minute late policy. Most of our services are scheduled in short appointment windows, so arriving more than five minutes late makes it difficult or impossible to complete your service properly. If you arrive more than five minutes late, your appointment may be shortened, modified, or canceled at our discretion. If we are unable to accommodate your appointment due to late arrival, you will still be responsible for 100% of the scheduled service. Please plan ahead by allowing extra time for traffic, parking, or unexpected delays. We recommend leaving earlier than you think you need to so you can arrive at your scheduled appointment time. This policy allows us to stay on time and provide every client with the quality service and appointment length they deserve.
